Passion for Educational Travel and Tailored Student Experiences

Renae is the founder of the business. After 25 years of teaching for the Department of Education a change was needed.  Her skills of organisation and time management led her to the travel sector. After attaining her Certificate 3 and becoming a travel manager, she found the niche area of school excursions. This felt like a match made in heaven as she knew exactly what teachers need and the pressure and time it takes to organise excursions.

Knowing communication is key and having a passion for technology, she spent time developing an online system that keeps all stakeholders connected and up to date with all amendments along the way. She has also become a flight specialist and has access to all predominant airline back office systems.

Caitlan is passionate about travel. She loves developing itineraries that have the most comprehensive and interesting aspects available for the students. With a background in Science and a passion for the ocean, she obtained her degree in Marine Biology. Her ability to manage time and resources has transferred beautifully over to her next career. Caitlan has grown up in the world of education and is passionate about ensuring students get the most from each and every tailored experience.

Accounts Manager

Amy is our accounts manager. With over 10 years experience running multiple independent hospitality sites, she is a logistics whiz and keeps the back end in check. She has ensured we have become a Gold Client with multiple educational institutions and makes sure all of our i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. This way, working with us is not only seamless and flawless, but you know we have all the right qualifications to handle your bookings.

Accounts Payable Manager

Kerry is our accounts payable manager. With over 30 years experience in the Queensland Law Society she is highly processed, driven and meticulous.

Consultant

Kim is one of our part time Consultants. She has worked in many fields while raising her family and renovating homes. Her main passion and outstanding skill is organisation. If you need a booking or amendment, Kim is your girl! An integral part of our team and so easy to talk to, Kim allows us to be assured that things that need to be done are done.

Lana

Consultant

Lana is also a part time Consultant. She was a Special Education Teacher for 16 years and has recently had a career change. Being a former Teacher, she has organised many excursions and understands how time consuming and overwhelming some decisions can be. Lana understands all the needs of teachers and students and moving into an excursion organisation has been an easy transition as she can relate to everyone’s circumstances. Also, having a Special Education background, Lana is passionate about working with students to ensure an equal opportunity experience.
